Course overview: This 1-year program in Computer Hardware Technology Technician is designed to provide the student with the technical knowledge and skills required for an entry-level position in the information and computer technology career field. The program will participate in the NYS Career Exploration and Internship Program [CEIP]. The course will prepare you to take the TestOut PC Pro and CompTIA A+ Certification Examinations. Prerequisite: Math Course A.

Academics: Career literacy and math are integrated into Computer Networking and Cybersecurity.

College articulation agreements: Columbia-Greene Community College, SUNY Canton
