Dutchess BOCES' Mid-Hudson Regional Partnership Center is one of 12 state-funded centers throughout New York. In 2024, the center received a five-year grant to continue its work which is centered on improving outcomes for students with disabilities. It has been at Dutchess BOCES for more than 20 years.

The center has 10 specialists and one program assistant to serve Dutchess, Orange, Ulster and Sullivan counties. The region has about 20,000 students with individualized education plans. The state identifies schools the RPC wil work with and those districts receive support at no cost.

In addition to supporting those schools, the RPC also offers additional trainings for all districts that are interested.
