This course is designed to assist students preparing for vocational trades courses who need to refresh their math skills in order to meet the prerequisite standards for their selected trade course. They will learn imperial and metric systems measurements, how to calculate area, volume and angles, the use of formulas to calculate load, pressure and mechanical advantage, ratios, percentages and scaling.
