Dutchess BOCES is looking forward to beginning the new school year.
The first day of school, for our Alternative High School students ONLY, is changed to Thursday, September 8, 2022. All BOCES Staff will return on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 as previously scheduled.
As of today, we are still awaiting some necessary space turn-overs, safety approvals, and final decisions before we can finish properly preparing the classrooms and environment to support student learning and success.
Our Salt Point Center K-8 building and the Career and Technical Institute are still opening on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
Thank you for your continued patience. We look forward to beginning our 2022-23 school year for all of our BOCES community as we focus upon academics, social/emotional learning, equity, and the creation of meaningful experiences for all students.
