This is a beginner level class that focuses on foundational work. Classes will consist of
standing poses, that include lateral, forward bends and twisting poses to build strength, balance
and improved flexibility. Clear, detailed instruction with focus on proper form and function will
help you build a safe, fun and nurturing practice. You will be taught modifications for injuries so
you understand how the poses work best for you according to your needs. Your own yoga mat
required. Bring yoga blocks, strap and blankets if available.
