[PIC] CTI Students Board Bus For SkillsUSA Competitoon In Syracuse, NY

Forty-five students from the Dutchess BOCES Career and Technical Institute (CTI) headed to Syracuse, NY on April 26-28, 2017, to compete in the New York State SkillsUSA Conference.

Four CTI students placed in the top three at the competition.

Amanda Scoca, from Pawling High School, won first place in the Culinary Arts category. She studies under Chef Instructor Darcy Sala

Daniel Wilde, from Rhinebeck High School, placed second in the Small Engine Basic category. Louis Bonavenia, from Pawling High School, placed second in the Outdoor Power Equipment category. Trevor Piquet is the instructor for both classes.

Austin Harisch, from John Jay High School, placed third in the Information Technology category. His instructor is John Jacobs.

Congratulations to the winners and to all 45 Dutchess BOCES participants for representing CTI well.
