If you're STILL experiencing difficulty,
go back to the Live Streaming page and complete the directions illustrated below:

Access QuickTime 1 of these 2 ways:

Go to "Start" -> "All Programs" -> "QuickTime" -> "QuickTime Player" Select: "Edit " -> "Preferences" -> "Plug-in Settings..."		Click the downward triangle at the far right edge of the QuickTime control bar and Select: "Plug-in Settings... "
	OR

Select the "Advanced" Tab

Click on "Automatic" next to "Transport Setup"

Change "Transport Setup" from "Automatic" to "Custom"

Then select "Transport Protocol: HTTP" & "Port ID: 80"

Click "OK" in these 2 windows.

Return to the webpage with the live stream and you SHOULD now be able to successfully view the live feed.
