The Dutchess BOCES Substitute Calling Service arranges substitutes for employees requiring coverage in Arlington, Millbrook, Poughkeepsie, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Wappingers, and Webutuck School Districts and for Dutchess BOCES personnel in the Alternative and Special Education Divisions, as well as the Dutchess BOCES Career & Technical Institute [CTI]. The service has an automated system which accepts phone calls from employees and places calls electronically to substitutes based on employee request and substitute availability. The system operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. An Operator is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A Help Desk with Voice Mail is available for assistance.
