- Plan/Coverage Changes
- Change in Mental Health Vendor: Effective January 1, 2008, Empire's relationship with Magellan will terminate. Anthem Behavioral Health will assume this responsibility. The existing provider network will remain in place with plans for expansion over time.
- Special Segment Contact Center: Effective June 1, 2007 DEHIC members enjoy a more dedicated level of service when contacting Empire for service-related matters.
